Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, business name, selected service, and any optional phone number or message you provide. Inquiry information is stored so Peak Bookkeeping can review and respond to your request. We use Resend to send an email notification containing your inquiry to Peak Bookkeeping.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to communicate with you, understand the services you need, and discuss a potential engagement. We don’t sell inquiry information. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Scheduling and external links
Booking links open Google Calendar. Appointment information is handled by Google and shared with the organizer to manage your consultation. Google Maps and other external pages operate under their own privacy policies.
Hosting and basic protection
The website uses hosting providers to serve pages and store inquiries. Technical information may be processed to operate and protect the site. The inquiry form uses a daily hashed identifier to limit repeated submissions. We do not use advertising pixels.
Optional analytics and cookies
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, clicks on our booking, phone and email links, and successful inquiry submissions. Google processes technical information such as browser and device details and cookie identifiers. We do not send your inquiry form answers, name, email address, phone number or message to Google Analytics. Our booking-link measurement records a click, not a confirmed appointment.
Google Analytics loads only after you accept. You can decline and continue using the website, including its contact form and booking links. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to six months. Analytics cookies are set to expire after 180 days. Declining stops further Analytics collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already processed. We disable Google advertising personalization and Google signals in our website configuration. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
Sensitive records
Please do not submit passwords, banking credentials, account numbers, tax identifiers, or financial documents through this inquiry form. If we work together, we will arrange the appropriate way to share business records separately.
